I have assisted a number of top food stylists on magazine and book photo-shoots, as well as TV commercials.

Recipe testing
I have a well-equipped kitchen with good knowledge of cooking methods, so can test recipes accurately and develop recipes further if necessary.

Private chef
I am available for hire as a private chef and have experience of working in family homes and holiday locations. I can work with you to plan your menus and use fresh, local ingredients to suit your dietary requirements and occasions.
